These Terms of Service govern your use of CelticView, a boxing-inspired fitness and active lifestyle education platform. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance and eligibility

By accessing or using this website (the "Site") and any content, guides, workshop information, forms, or other services provided through it (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Site. If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Services and that they have reviewed these Terms with you. We may request confirmation of such permission where appropriate.

2. Service description

CelticView provides educational materials focused on boxing-inspired fitness and an active lifestyle. Content may include beginner guides for stance, footwork, shadowboxing drills, coordination exercises, warm ups, mobility routines, and general conditioning principles. We may also provide information about workshops and learning sessions.

The Services are educational in nature. They are not medical, therapeutic, or rehabilitation services. We do not provide diagnosis, treatment, or individualized medical advice. You are responsible for choosing activities appropriate to your ability, environment, and equipment, and for seeking professional guidance when needed.

We may update, improve, remove, or limit parts of the Services at any time. We do not guarantee that any specific topic, guide, or workshop will be available continuously.

3. User obligations

You agree to use the Services lawfully and responsibly. You must not use the Site in a way that interferes with its normal operation, compromises security, or harms other users.

  • Provide accurate information when contacting us and do not impersonate another person.
  • Use content for personal learning and practice, and apply safety guidance including warm ups and appropriate pacing.
  • If we offer accounts in the future, you agree to maintain one account per person and keep access credentials secure.

4. Intellectual property

The Site and Services, including text, graphics, layout, logos, icons, and any compiled materials (the "Content"), are owned by CelticView or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. "CelticView" and associated brand identifiers are trademarks or trade dress of CelticView.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Content for your personal, non-commercial educational use. You may not copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, or exploit the Site or Content without our prior written permission.

5. Prohibited activities

To protect users and the integrity of the platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

  • Spamming, unsolicited promotions, or sending repetitive or misleading messages through contact forms.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Site, user data, or systems, including probing, scanning, or testing vulnerabilities.
  • Uploading or transmitting malicious code, malware, or any content intended to disrupt, damage, or compromise security.
  • Scraping, harvesting, or collecting information from the Site using automated tools without permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CelticView disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising out of course of dealing or usage of trade.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any Content. Your use of the Services and reliance on any Content are at your own risk.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CelticView and its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or reputational harm, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CelticView's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to CelticView for the Services in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or 100 EUR, whichever is lower.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under Irish law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CelticView and its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

9. Third party links

The Site may reference third party resources as part of educational context. Any third party websites or services are not under our control. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties. Accessing third party resources is at your own discretion and risk.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share data, including cookie preferences and advertising related disclosures.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to the Services are governed by the laws of Ireland, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Subject to the dispute resolution section below, the courts of Dublin, Ireland will have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings relating to these Terms or the Services.

12. Dispute resolution

Before starting formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact us and provide a brief written description of the issue and your desired resolution. The parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally for at least 30 days from the date we receive your notice.

If the dispute is not resolved within the informal period, either party may commence proceedings in accordance with the governing law and jurisdiction section. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief where appropriate.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if continued access could risk harm to the Site, users, or our operations. You may stop using the Services at any time.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including Intellectual Property, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law, and Dispute Resolution.

14. Modifications to these Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time to reflect updates to our Services, legal requirements, or operational changes. Updated Terms will be posted on this page. Changes will take effect 14 days after posting unless a shorter period is required by law or is necessary for security reasons.

Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the Services.
